Nollywood actor, Ramsey Noah, is set to make a big comeback in Rukky Sanda’s Keeping my man after a brief hiatus. The actor will also be starring alongside Ini Edo, Monalisa Chinda and Alex Ekubo in the film.
The movie, which will premiere at the Silverbird Cinemas on September 27, tells the story of three women and their quest to keep their marriages alive. It also explores themes of love, deceit and betrayal.
Sanda, who will be making her cinema debut with the film, says she is optimistic about the reception her work will garner.
She says, “I have heard good tales and tales of woes from some of my colleagues that went to cinema, but I am hoping for the best. Besides that, Keeping my man is the kind of story young people will like. It highlights the fear of the future, marriage, relationship and the kind of things we basically worry about. And if you look at choice of casts, they are actors that excite crowd and Ramsey Noah is returning to screen after a long while.”
